Damages and Issues
Please inspect the products upon receiving your order, by taking an unboxing video as proof, and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging and delivery box. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or process refunds on sale items, gift cards or purchases made with coupon codes. Any additional cost relating to shipping, express shipping, COD charges will not be refunded.
Exchanges
If you are not happy with your product and would like to initiate an exchange, contact us at connect@kiboubeauty.com and we will guide you through the exchange process, which may include:

- Providing a return shipping label.
- Asking for proof of purchase.
- Confirming the availability of the desired exchange item.
Once we receive the returned item, we will send you the replacement item, subject to availability. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a store credit or refund, as per your preference.
Refunds
We currently do not offer refunds. We may only entertain refunds in exceptional cases in which the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item. To validate any claims, please ensure you take an unboxing video of the product as proof and contact us within 7 days of receiving your products.
